What are Filters and how do I use them?
Filters are the closed-ended data points (“Age”, “Gender”, “NPS Group” etc) included in your upload. Filters filter your analysis so you can narrow in on specific segments of the group surveyed. For example, if you want to know how 20-24 year olds and 40-44 year olds responded differently to an open-ended question, you can filter by Age to segment the data. From there, you can use Quick Compare to see how the different segments felt and what topics were mentioned most. You can also examine their emotions on the Dashboard and ask AI Story Assist custom questions to learn more about their intent.
Under “Edit Details,” in the Canvs AI Platform, users can now edit the labels and “favorite” up to 5 Filters. Favorited Filters will appear below each verbatim. Watch the video below to see Filters in action.
