NEW YORK — Canvs AI, the leading text analytics platform for consumer insights, announced today new platform updates to support the massive growth in demand for analysis of open-ended text. According to Greenbook’s 2022 Insights Practice GRIT Report, DIY text analysis methods were the fastest growing and #1 emerging method for research buyers in the past year alone. Canvs has seen significant growth in the volume of open-ended text uploaded for analysis on the platform. Customer experience, brand tracking and audience feedback were the three fastest-growing categories of research in terms of open ends analyzed, while the volume of open ends analyzed doubled across more than ten research categories, showing the breadth of use of Canvs.
 

Canvs has released several important product updates to support customer demand and scale, including:

  • New processing pipeline. Canvs recently updated its processing pipeline to support the growing range of survey types and increased volume of open-ended text.
  • Support for multi-wave survey analysis. New tracking capabilities were added to improve the ability of clients to manage multiple waves of a study and develop longitudinal comparisons and analysis.
