Canvs AI Introduces Industry’s First Text Analytics Solution for Tracking Studies

New Update Helps Unlock the Hidden Value of Open Ends in Tracking Surveys

Canvs AI, the leading text analytics platform for consumer insights, announced new tracking capabilities for its Canvs MRX solution today. With this update, which marks the first text analytics solution designed specifically for tracking studies, insights teams can unlock the full value of open-ended responses to tracker surveys through Canvs’ AI-powered insights platform. 

This update extends the core text analytics capabilities of Canvs MRX to support tracker projects, including:

  • Tracking collections: Organize multiple waves of a tracker within a single tracker collection and easily add new waves or edit waves in existing collections;
  • Emotion measurement: Measure and benchmark emotional reaction to brands and experiences over time; and
  • Longitudinal comparison: Perform comparative, longitudinal analysis of open ends across tracking waves, including a new “Quick Compare” option within a wave collection.

First Watch Restaurants, an award-winning daytime dining restaurant concept with more than 430 restaurants in 28 states, recently adopted Canvs to streamline analysis of customer feedback. These new tracking capabilities are a huge unlock for their consumer insights team to understand that feedback over time.
