National Geographic Media Adopts Canvs AI Text Analytics for Subscriber Customer Experience (CX) Management

National Geographic & Canvs to Present at the Insights Association’s Corporate Researchers Conference this Week

(New York, NY, October 25, 2022) Canvs AI, the leading text analytics platform for consumer insights & CX, today announced that National Geographic Media, a joint venture between the National Geographic Society and the Walt Disney Company, has integrated Canvs AI into its 360-degree customer experience (CX) feedback program. 

The consumer insights group within National Geographic Media helps manage the iconic, 134-year-old National Geographic brand through an evolving, multi-media landscape. National Geographic utilizes Canvs to analyze comments from subscriber surveys, allowing them to efficiently capture a detailed perspective on how content and digital experiences are resonating with its passionate, cross-generational audience.
