We’re excited to announce that Canvs has released a new Qualtrics connector for Canvs MRX!
Canvs is on a mission to help insights and CX professionals transform open-ended text into core consumer insights. As a “bring-your-own-data” insights platform built for analysis of open ends, Canvs generally sits in the middle of the research workflow, making easy ingest of data and output of analysis (data and visualization exports) critical to our customers’ success. With this release, we’re providing streamlined access to one of the world’s leading research and customer experience platforms, and delivering on one of our most-requested enhancements.
Using the connector requires no coding. Users with a Qualtrics account simply authenticate with their Qualtrics API credentials to establish the initial connection (figure 1). Once configured, users can select a Qualtric survey to import to Canvs (figure 2), with the ability to define which open- and close-ended responses are made available for analysis as part of our standard data import workflow.
